Sunday 22nd August. This is what we've all been waiting for, a summertime family day for all. We have arranged a suitable local venue, near Falmer Village, for a Casting Event and picnic.

Bring along a picnic, teas and coffees and toilet facilities will be available.

Casting is three rounds, marker pegs placed in ground, then longest of three casts measured and recorded. There is no prize, this is for fun. 

All members, families and guests are welcome to come along, however the casting is strictly members only for obvious safety reasons and insurance purposes.

There is a charge of £5 per caster (juniors free) to go towards the cost of renting the venue.
